Overall I am extremely pleased with the service I have had from iPAQ spares & repairs. What sets this company apart from the rest is the ease of ordering with a fully interactive website and the knowledge that if you have a query you can email the company and know that you will get a prompt and personal response. All that said I would be happy to recommend iPAQ spares and repairs to any of my friends and will use the service again if needed.

I just wish to say that I am very impressed with iPAQ Repair &Parts Repair Crew for the totally professional manner in which they replaced my Apple iPhone battery. At this point I don't have many things to add. I found your site very useable, and found exactly what I wanted easily. e.g. I bought the stylus replacement latch, then came to the site and printed the installation instructions, after 10 minutes I was finished.

WOW what a great service. I thought that I would have to buy a new Mio 168 after it just died on me. I used it as my sat nav and was literally lost without it. My advice to anyone with a dead PDA is to send it to Nathan and his team before you invest in a new one. You will be pleasantly surprised at the painless way everything is handled. Compaq had quoted me a price of around £170 plus VAT, (what they charge for a full overhaul as they don't do repairs per se), so IPAQ Repairs saved me a lot of money. I was worried about sending my 3630 off, but very pleased to receive it back in perfect working order a couple of days later. Many thanks.

I sent my iPhone in for repair and dealt with Paul Butler who repaired my iPhone and returned it the same day. The service I got from Paul was exceptional - he should get a pay rise!!

First time I used ipaqrepair the parts turned up promptly, properly wrapped and with good instructions on how to fit it. Second time, I decided to send off my iPAQ for repair as DIY looked to complicated. When I got it back, it was still displaying an intermittent fault. I contacted Nathan by email and he was very helpful, told me to mail it back and it was fixed at no extra charge. Top service, highly recommended. Thanks. p.s. Good website too ! Through a silly mistake of using the wrong charger I thought I had killed my iPAQ PDA. I found Nathan on the web and quickly and cheaply had my PDA back. Many thanks you’re a star.

dropped my iPhone 3g and it was oozing black stuff within the screen. Websites everywhere said it could not be fixed. Then I found iphonerepair. I sent my 3G iphone to them and the fixed it quickly and professionally. It's good to know that if it breaks again these guys can fix it. Use them!

Paul....VERY many thanks for the ultra rapid turnaround of both my PDA's which both died on the same day!!! Ultra quick reply to emails, even quicker repair and return shipping when payment made. From posting off to getting them repaired and back took 6 days! Incredible service. I would very strongly recommend anyone who has a faulty PDA to only deal with iPAQ Repairs.
