My iPAQ 3970 would not charge - checked the web for repair centres - found this place - took 5 mins to order the repair. Posted Thursday @ 15:00 received Tues @ 07:30 - fully repaired - I have already recommended this service to friends and colleagues. My HP iPAQ had a problem that was sorted out by an e-mail in less than 5 minutes of me asking the question. Excellent service.

After I found your company on-line, I emailed to ask about repairs from the US. Nathan returned my email promptly, explaining to me what I needed to do to ship my broken iPAQ to the UK. He sent me an email when it arrived and continued to keep me updated throughout the process. I received my repaired iPAQ much more quickly than I expected. It arrived safely packed and working beautifully. Thank you so much for excellent service.

Nightmare Sunday evening when the glass screen to the DELL Axim x30 shattered; but relaxed because I knew about IPAQ REPAIRS phoned Tuesday morning and arranged for a new screen to be fitted at 2pm same day, 40 minutes later I was on my way home brilliant service and a job well done.

I wanted my PSP screen replaced as it had cracked after phoning up they were very helpful in telling me what to do and how to go about sending my PSP in, after sending it I had to wait a while only because the person fixing it was away(just my luck lol) but after getting an email telling me it was shipped I received it the very next day. works fine and very good service, many thanks guys and girls. This Nathan is a great thing. I got my IPAQ 1945 revived after 1 year slipping in my drawer. HP asked me 140 euros to repair. He made repair for much much less. Shipped on Friday, I got it on Monday (In Italy). One example of outstanding service. Highly recommended to anyone. Many thanks my friend.

I am very pleased with the service I received from iPAQ Parts. I thought I would have to pay £400 for a new iPAQ 5450 but within a couple of days I had the replacement sync connector board and was up and running again. I will definitely recommend you.

I use my IPAQ for GPS navigation in a small aircraft. It became damaged, the screen badly scratched and the bottom plug defunct. I received a superb service from Nathan Dickman at IPAQ Repair. He diagnosed the problems, told me what the solutions were in just a day. I then posted off the IPAQ 3970 and it was returned to me a couple of days later, all working and looking great He provides a great service, everything is transparent, there are no nasty surprises and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his business to anyone looking for a parts and repair service.

I was nervous about sending my iPod Nano 6th Gen away for a replacement screen but iTech Repair have carried out a fast and professional repair and I now recommend them to my friends. The initial payment process was simple, offering the option of use of paypal for added security, the email correspondence about where and how to send my iPod was clear and I even received an email when it had been repaired and shipped back to me. I am now listening to my iPod again within a week of sending it off (inc. posting times) and I am very pleased with the fact that it doesn't look like it has been repaired. Thanks again.

This is my second order with this company . This time I ordered the screen and digitizer for my 6340 and it came within 5 days to Cyprus and I was able to fit it within 10 minutes. Excellent service thank you.

What can I say - what a terrific service. The iPAQ is as good as new; the new replacement iPAQ battery had some charge in it and I was up and running in no time. The return packing was excellent and everything was just as agreed. What a refreshing change to find someone giving a good, honest service.

Splendid service and it was real fast too. I can't help thinking that the shipping from Sweden was the part of it that took the longest time. Once it got to the UK it was no more than a touch and go and it was back in my hands almost instantly!!
