I just wanted to record how pleased I was with the service I received when the screen on my Dell Axim x51 needed to be replaced. From placing the order to receipt of fully restored machine in just over a week and that was during the big freeze when most of the country was at a standstill.

Could not have found a better service provider, from initial contact through to final solution. I cried like a baby when I cracked the screen on my iPAQ, especially as is out of warranty.
