What great service from this company. I had occasion to send my grandson's Nintendo DSi for repair. I sent it via Royal Mail Special Delivery on the Monday & it was delivered back to me on Thursday, repaired. Not only was the service quick, but I had given the wrong type of DS & description of the defect was incorrect. I got a lovely letter back from Jo, saying the repair was slightly dearer but they had repaired it at the price I had paid. More than fair I feel. Have no fear about using this company, they will look after you well. Once again thanks for your help, & to your success in the future.

Hi just a few lines to say how pleased i am with the service I received from ipaq services, from the excellent website to the pleasant people on the phone lines, and not forgetting the quick repair and return of my ipaq thanks again.

I can not recommend iPAQ Repair enough - superb screen replacement for my iPod Touch and at a third of the price of an Apple reconditioned unit. These guys really care about customer satisfaction - my Touch became slightly warped when I dropped it meaning that part of the chassis had to be replaced as well as the screen. iPAQ Repair did this for no additional cost to me, and the iPod Touch is now as good as new. Thanks once again!

I found the service, delivery and back-up customer service to be of the highest quality; Nathan (in customer services) was extremely helpful. The prices are good and I would happily recommend this company to other iPAQ owners.

Hi there, What can I say? BIG THANX for getting my iPAQ back (received an hour ago). I know I have stupidly messed up my iPAQ by trying to update my ROM from the HP website, but I am glad I have my iPAQ back fully working ;-). I am using my iPAQ for a few years now, and I am happy to use it as long as I can. Thanks again and it is nice to know that there is a help for us iPAQ users, despite original HP support is useless (always was). I acquired an iPAQ from my son but needed a power supply so found the right picture (good idea) to locate my model and power pack. Arrived very quickly but I had not realised that it needed another part (a dongle) Nathan promptly answered with this info and again I recieved (free) a dongle. Brilliant customer service. Sent my iPAQ 3630 in for the refurbishment service due to various problems. Got it back in perfect working order, it’s like new!! Will definitely use this service again should anything else go wrong and would recommend to anyone who needs work doing on their PDA. Got it back in good time and didn’t cost the earth like other companies were offering, especially for an older model like mine.

Really great service. All email correspondence was carried out speedily and the follow through with the repair was spot on and again, communicated well through email. A great outfit.

My iPhone had an unfortunate disagreement with gravity. As I didn't fancy paying the O2 £10 pcm insurance, they were suggesting I buy a brand new one as "repairs are very expensive" and it looked like they were until I stumbled across this site. Although the service was a bit slow due to staff holidays, the diagnostic was correct and Nathan even gave me discount because I needed the unit back before a family funeral. He was generous, sympathetic and the unit came back repaired and on time. A credit to Nathan for his honesty and his helpfulness. Will use again and recommend. Thank you for your help and generosity!
