The iPAQ was virtually unusable with the screen flipping to a mirror image, but it is as good as new at a very reasonable price. Fast efficient and very friendly service.

Fantastic service. quick turn around, ridiculously cheap compared with Hewlett Packard, return postage by special delivery included in repair price, excellent update information by email, could not heap on more praise even if I was his mother! p.s. and it works!!!!!!

Fantastic service and they deserve a really good pat on the back. I ordered the wrong iPhone parts initially but a quick phone call soon identified the correct parts and they shipped them the same day and at no extra cost. I certainly recommend.

I just wanted to send you a quick note to say thank you for my iPAQ 2210 cradle and mains adaptor which arrived safely this morning. It was great to find a site where the items I wanted were properly categorised and easy to find rather than trying to hunt around matching part numbers to stock codes as I initially tried to do on a couple of other sites. My IPAQ is not only my personal organiser but also my route planner. Without this machine I would struggle in my daily life. When I called HP for a repair to the screen, which I had torn, they quoted me an extortionate price and said it was not considered a warranty repair. I searched GOOGLE for a company that would repair and found Nathan. He replaced the IPAQ touch screen / digitiser and now it is as good as new. This repair cost 75% less than HP, but that is not the only bit of good news, HP would have kept the machine for over 4 weeks, I have the repair carried out in less than 7 days and returned to me exactly 1 week later. Nathan responds very quickly to emails and with a professional manner at all times. Nathan I thank you very much for your service and will not hesitate to recommend you to all my colleagues and friends. Thank you very much once again. Darren.

Dated 10th March 2012 First time user of this company Just sent my Dell Axim x51v in for new charging socket and new backup battery while the backs off. Brilliant service £54.00 pounds to put an old machine back in good working order. Fully satisfied . I rarely recommend anyone but this lot are the dogs. Big thanks to all at iTech Repairs.

My wife had bought a 3630 (before we met each other) and had rendered it useless since its battery would not hold no charge at all. Trying to find a battery replacement in Greece yielded the answer "Good Luck" by local shop owners. Fortunately luck was on my side running into this site. With a brand new battery and a sync-n-charge cable, useless are the cradle and the charger NOT the iPAQ. Thank you Mr. Dickman!!

iPhone repaired at approx £100 cheaper than Apple, excellent service and kept up to date all through the order, the way an online business should be run, cheers guys!!!
