Nathan, Thank you so much for your absolutely first class service. Not only have you returned my unit extremely promptly, but you were even kind enough not to charge me after I stupidly broke the unit trying to fit the front cover I purchased from you earlier this month.

I have been having loads of problems with my iPAQ, almost since the time I bought it. Being as I got it in New York, going back for repairs was costly!!! I came across this website by chance and am I glad that I did. I sent my iPAQ away for service, it was diagnosed and repaired. It was safely returned a few days later. WHAT SERVICE. I will most certainly be keeping this site on my favourites, for purchases and repairs and would recommend it to anyone needs help with their machines. Many thanks Nathan.

An excellent service. I dropped my iPhone off 30 minutes after booking it in for repair, and it was done within 90 minutes. Definitely not the cheapest, but definitely worth it for a quick, well done repair, and peace of mind!

Great service in time and delivery from order placed to France, easy website to follow. Most unusual for a UK website to have everything working correctly. Well done keep up the good work.

Apart from purchasing accessories from them etc. The service and repair facility is second to none.The fist time I attempted to replace a part myself,I made a complete hash of it, sent it to ipaq repairs and it was sorted, lesson learnt!! I recently sent my ipaq for an Upgrade,just received it back.Works great!! Thanks.

After introducing my iPhone to gravity and smashing the glass I would suggest two things are mandatory: 1. Use Ipaq Repair to replace the glass. This organisation is very professional and helpful. I received my phone back yesterday and it is "out of the box" new. Brilliant job thanks! 2. Always use an adhesive screen protector, it held my glass together until I sent it to Ipaq Repair. :-)

Just a note to congratulate you on an excellent service. The iPAQ 3630 stylus latch arrived in a couple of days and was fitted within minutes using your helpful and easy to follow instructions.

First of all I would like to say a big thank you to the IPAQ team, and here's the reason why. The customer service is second to none and if it were half as good for all other companies we would all be a lot better off. I very much appreciate all the time and effort that has gone into making sure I received the part that I ordered. In dealing with them by e-mail, their response has been nothing but quick and polite. I have nothing but the highest praise for this company. The part I ordered in many ways is only small and insignificant, so to me all the effort that went into getting it to me shows that customer service and satisfaction means everything to the IPAQ team. I dropped my iPAQ and cracked the case. Within 7 days I had it back and it looks as good as new. Fast service and excellent communication. You couldn't ask for more - Highly recommended!

I already sent my thanks directly to Nathan, so this is for any one out there who's wondering about using his services. DON'T HESITATE! It was thanks to his site that I found out my iPAQ was only sick (it needed a new battery-door to bring it back to life) and not totally beyond hope. This info was not available anywhere on HP"s site. He clarified questions about other stock items, and I've already recommended him to a friend. Parts all fit perfectly and the iPAQ’s come apart quite easily. Well worth buying the spares from here and keeping your old model going for years to come.

A big thank you to all at iTech Repairs, My wifes iPhone 3Gs had signal problems after some other company damaged my signal connector, They repaired it, And all is working as it should be, Fast turn around, And sent back via Royal mail special delivery, Would definitely use again (Just hope I wont have to).

The iPAQ was virtually unusable with the screen flipping to a mirror image, but it is as good as new at a very reasonable price. Fast efficient and very friendly service.

Fantastic service. quick turn around, ridiculously cheap compared with Hewlett Packard, return postage by special delivery included in repair price, excellent update information by email, could not heap on more praise even if I was his mother! p.s. and it works!!!!!!
