I have a 5450 and a 2210 but recently I thought 5450 had died as it wouldn't charge. I searched the web high and low to find a new battery, and low and behold I found you. I was just about to purchase a new battery (very cheap I might add) until I found the F.A.Q and Tips pages. FANTASTIC!! After reading the tips it looked like I had Dead Battery Syndrome. I followed the instructions you published and to my amazement it's as good as new. I cannot thank you enough for this. Sorry I didn't buy the battery but I will buy everything in future from you. I have forwarded your address on to everyone I know who has an iPAQ. Thanks again PS Very professional web site!!

Brilliant site, best source of spare parts for the whole iPAQ range Nathan has EVERYTHING it would seem, and if he doesn't have it, he'll get it for you - Nathan is helpful to the extreme, always willing to go the extra mile to help sort out any problems you might have. Surfed here from Google, ordered iPAQ rubber grips and an AC adaptor plug (think it was last Thursday) arrived this morning (following Tuesday). Do what you do best - Don't try and be something your not - a mistake made all too often by online companies. You seem to be very good at it. A truly stunning and refreshing service when all you want is the stuff you ordered almost as quickly as going and getting it yourself. As a business customer this level of service is a must Keep it up!

Well done, and thank you. One piece of feedback, which may help: I went unwillingly a long way down the Nochex route having missed the prompt to pay more simply via my internet bank. Overall I am extremely pleased with the service I have had from iPAQ spares & repairs. What sets this company apart from the rest is the ease of ordering with a fully interactive website and the knowledge that if you have a query you can email the company and know that you will get a prompt and personal response. At this point I don't have many things to add. I found your site very useable, and found exactly what I wanted easily. e.g. I bought the stylus replacement latch, then came to the site and printed the installation instructions, after 10 minutes I was finished.

WOW what a great service. I thought that I would have to buy a new Mio 168 after it just died on me. I used it as my sat nav and was literally lost without it. My advice to anyone with a dead PDA is to send it to Nathan and his team before you invest in a new one. You will be pleasantly surprised at the painless way everything is handled. Compaq had quoted me a price of around £170 plus VAT, (what they charge for a full overhaul as they don't do repairs per se), so IPAQ Repairs saved me a lot of money.
