Cracked my iPAQ 1940 screen when removing it from a RAM Mount. HP wanted funny money just to look at it. Nathan's diagnosis was quick and correct, cracked touch sensitive screen. Replaced it for far less than half of what HP wanted me to pay just for them to look at it. A very valuable service to all iPAQ users. Thanks Nathan, I do hope I never have to use you again, but it is very reassuring to know that you are there if I do have a problem. Fast, efficient, and friendly service. Thanks Nathan.

I just wanted to record how pleased I was with the service I received when the screen on my Dell Axim x51 needed to be replaced. From placing the order to receipt of fully restored machine in just over a week and that was during the big freeze when most of the country was at a standstill.

Replaced the touch screen of my iPAQ. Now like new. Excellent service and quick turnaround. Had my iPAQ in tiptop condition in about 3 days from being sent. Will be getting a new battery soon so I know who to go to.

Could not have found a better service provider, from initial contact through to final solution. I cried like a baby when I cracked the screen on my iPAQ, especially as is out of warranty. Thank goodness I ran into someone who had benefited from the iPAQ Repair service. Now I guess you could say thanks to the genius of Dave, my unit is back in the land of the living...

During attempt to purchase items encountered a small snag, emailed Nathan and received immediate reply and suggestion. Accepted this hint and re applied for items, said purchases arrived. All within 5 days ~ fantastic service.
