Just wanted to congratulate you on your tremendous service. After abusing my iPAQ several parts need to be replaced. I have a 5450 and a 2210 but recently I thought 5450 had died as it wouldn't charge. I searched the web high and low to find a new battery, and low and behold I found you. I was just about to purchase a new battery (very cheap I might add) until I found the F.A.Q and Tips pages. FANTASTIC!! After reading the tips it looked like I had Dead Battery Syndrome. I followed the instructions you published and to my amazement it's as good as new. I cannot thank you enough for this. Sorry I didn't buy the battery but I will buy everything in future from you. I have forwarded your address on to everyone I know who has an iPAQ. Thanks again PS Very professional web site!!

Brilliant site, best source of spare parts for the whole iPAQ range Nathan has EVERYTHING it would seem, and if he doesn't have it, he'll get it for you - Nathan is helpful to the extreme, always willing to go the extra mile to help sort out any problems you might have. Surfed here from Google, ordered iPAQ rubber grips and an AC adaptor plug (think it was last Thursday) arrived this morning (following Tuesday). Do what you do best - Don't try and be something your not - a mistake made all too often by online companies. You seem to be very good at it. A truly stunning and refreshing service when all you want is the stuff you ordered almost as quickly as going and getting it yourself.
