Only one week after my old XDA seemed long dead I received my XDA back from Nathan fixed fully kitted out; thank you so much Nathan you did everything you said you would do and more and to this day I am still discovering the new features of my XDA that you have installed for such a low price. My experience with Nathan has been an eye-opener. At last, I have come to realise that there is at least one person out there giving a service in the truest sense of the word. I sent my iPAQ off on the Thursday afternoon, and it was back with me 9 days later and (shock/horror) it worked as well - brilliant, just brilliant. You organisation is a credit to you, and one which other companies should set their own standards by, all of which fall far short of yours. You have my unending support, and I am so pleased that it was just a casual search through Google that brought you to my attention. Someone was smiling down on me that day!

Old but treasured iPod Touch with cracked screen and dodgy earphone socket returned to health - almost by return of post. Terrific service. Highly recommended.

Sent my iPhone (unlocked) to be upgraded to the latest firmware as I was experiencing constant crashes. The upgrade was done quickly and solved all my problems. The after service help was great. I had a few problems with the iphone excepting my Spanish sim card but a few mails and the problem solved. Great to know that you can get a prompt and human/personal response. Thanks for all your help.

I find Paul and Nathan easy to deal with, they are knowledgeable, skilled and display excellent customer focus. They are more than flexible in their approach to address customer needs. I wish them and iPAQ Repair & Parts every success in the future. I almost wish my iPAQ would break down more often!

Great Service - responsive staff answering all questions promptly and very quick turn around for the repair. Amazingly cheap compared to what I was quoted by HP as well. I can't recommend IPAQ Repair & Parts enough. I was really impressed by them.

Having received a dispatch email from you, I was worried that you had sent me the screen for my iPAQ HX4700, instead of keeping hold of it to repair the unit that I was sending in. It turns out you had received my unit, effected the repair and had sent it back - in less than a day!! Well done. It works a treat. Many thanks for such a speedy service.

Service and advice is excellent and the delivery service second to none. I wanted another protective case for my iPAQ H3970 to allow me to fix it permanently to my car for Sat Nav purposes. I was actually e-mailed back with an offer of a refurbished model at a cheaper price! I subsequently ordered that and when it arrived it looked absolutely perfect.

I would just like to say thank you for the level of service your site offered. I found your site on the web, mailed my details to you. I was immediately mailed back the full repair cost. I sent my IPAQ on the Friday for a new control board. My iPAQ was returned just 2 days later all fixed. I had phoned Compaq directly for a quote. To date they have not come back to me. Once again thank you for such a good service, we have over 60 iPAQs at my work and I have sent your link as a mail to all users.

Cracked my iPAQ 1940 screen when removing it from a RAM Mount. HP wanted funny money just to look at it. Nathan's diagnosis was quick and correct, cracked touch sensitive screen. Replaced it for far less than half of what HP wanted me to pay just for them to look at it. A very valuable service to all iPAQ users. Thanks Nathan, I do hope I never have to use you again, but it is very reassuring to know that you are there if I do have a problem. Fast, efficient, and friendly service. Thanks Nathan.
