The rubber grips on my H2210 were looking pretty shabby and my attempt at repair with superglue hadn't really helped. A search on the web brought up Nathan's company and some natty looking chrome replacements. I was a little concerned that iPAQ Repair seemed to be a one-man company but I took the plunge and paced the order. I needn't have worried - the products are very high quality and were delivered sooner than I expected. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in doing business with Nathan again.

My iPhone was delivered this morning, looking all nice and new again. Could you please thank all those involved for the prompt and helpful service.

I corrupted my iPAQ H3630 ROM. Followed all Compaq instructions in attempting repair without success. Sent my device to Nathan at iPAQ Repair. Had it fixed and returned two days later.

Very quick repair, my Nintendo DS lite was back within 3 days of sending it and working perfectly. Email response to say it had arrived at iPAQ and repair was underway. Simply fantastic customer service and excellent repairs

I dropped my iPhone and smashed the screen. As I live in Jersey there was no-one who could repair it for me locally, although I was quoted £125 with my phone provider to send it away and wait up to 28 days!!! Yeah right. However, sent my phone to ipaqrepair and saved a packet. Received it back as good as new only a couple of days later. Thanks to Nathan for all his help, email replies were dealt with very promptly. Will definitely be recommending ipaqrepairs to Jersey residents. Hopefully I will be more careful and not smash my screen again but if I do I know where to go to get fixed.

I had my iPad dock connector charging port repaired. Got it back in about a week, works perfectly well. Would recommend to others. Thank you.

Really good service from this site - the adapter to convert from 2.5 mm to 3.5 mm is not an option - it's a must have! The sound on the 6900 is really really good. Also picked up the sync & charge USB lead - saves me carting my docking station around. Keep it coming.

I've received my order within 5~6 working days (Int'l), which was pretty nice. The packaging was great, and the email support was friendly and quick to respond. Some big corporations can definitely learn something from this store.

My iPAQ went wrong, after a search on the internet I found iPAQ Repair, wasn't sure that it was a good idea to use a site I hadn't heard of it, contacted Nathan, he asked me to send my iPAQ in, within a week it was back and working! Nathan was very helpful all through the repair, kept me informed when needed. I know where I am going to go next time the damn thing goes wrong!

Many thanks for a great repair,and selling me the case to go around my IPAQ 614 business navigator. If only I had been told about the case in the first place the screen would probably never have cracked, so I never would have needed a screen in the first place. Ah well, hindsight is a wonderful thing! But thanks once again for repairing it.

Good tracking and communication. Unit arrived as promised and screen was fixed perfectly. Very happy as I saved about 120 quid in sending it to these guys instead of HP. Good service!
