I received the requested parts of my iPAQ in 5 days, here in Italy. I'm very glad of iPAQ Repair and Parts service.

Excellent service had my digitizer replaced on my H1940 after dropping it. I am a delivery driver and I am lost without it literally as I use TomTom navigator 3. Fast polite and very highly recommended service.

Very helpful and responsive with my emailed questions. Sent off my PDA (SPV M3100) to get the screen replaced and I had the device back within 3 days. Well recommended.

Many thanks for the swift and courteous service when replacing the screen of my iPAQ hw6915. Turn round was exactly a week, including postage both ways and the diagnostic stage, regular email updates on progress were received and it didn't even need a hard reset (bonus!) so no information loss. I recently sent my iPhone 3GS for refurbishment. From my initial contact to the return of my iPhone, the service was excellent. My iPhone looks brand new. I would highly recommend these guys . All at a reasonable price too. Would definitely use again.

This man knows what he is doing, he is quick to respond to emails, you know where you are and what is happening.....a true gent and would recommend to anyone with and iPAQ......if only others offered the same high level of service.....

Bought a RW6815 complete replacement screen. Unfortunately I received it with a damaged corner. Nathan (iPAQ Repairs and Parts), without any hesitation, replaced the damaged one with new one after sending back the damaged one. Both orders were very quickly shipped and received!! Very good service, quick, fast email response and friendly!

I have to comment on a great Customer Service experience. Recently I had to contact iPAQ Repair regarding a car charger purchased from them that broke after a single use. I was asked to submit photo's of the broken item which I found a great time saving idea rather than the usual send it back & we'll inspect routine. After doing so, I was sent a replacement immediately as the break probably occurred during manufacture. As I say, a great response with a refreshingly innovative approach. Well done iPAQ Repair, thanks.

This site has never let me down. Had my iPAQ 3870 repaired when I thought it was irreparable, sourced a battery which I thought was unobtainable, gave me comprehensive advice over the phone to enable me to do a self help repair what else could you ever wish for to keep an ageing and invaluable PDA up and running.
