What a top service iPAQ repairs provided. I found Nathan after HP quoted me a ridiculous price when my I foolishly updated my iPAQ with the wrong ROM update. EXCELLENT SERVICE. My iPAQ died a few hours before I had to go to France. I sent the unit next day deliver and had it back on time for me to pickup on the few hours I had back in the UK. I would recommend this service to anyone... incidentally the cost for the repair (and UK postage) was less than the postage to get it back from France... excellent value for money. Keep up the good work.

iPAQ Repair & Parts have been remarkably helpful and persistent in fixing an especially tough problem with my iPAQ. They went above and beyond the normal call of duty to get it sorted & I am very grateful. First of all many thanks for the speedy delivery of the 2.5mm 3.5mm adapter cable. Ordered Wednesday night last week, arrived first thing Saturday morning! I've not bought much over the Internet, however this certainly was one of the most efficient purchases so far. Thought you may be interested that having bought a Sony Ericsson P900 mobile (it plays mp3's) I was keen to hook it up to some external speakers. The headphone jack is 2.5mm and all external speakers and personal headphones (except the set supplied with the phone) are 3.5mm. Sony Ericsson do not supply an adaptor and the standard ones you can buy at an electrical store on the high street will not push home as they are too large at the base of the plug. It took me a while to find your site and this particular adaptor (albeit meant for an iPAQ), and it does the job perfectly. There didn't seem to be anybody else supplying this part. On the Sony Ericsson web site there are many software apps. available for the Sony Ericsson p900 including some accessories (this 3.5mm to 2.5mm headset adapter isn't one of them). Thanks again!

I would just like to say a big thanks to all at iTech for repairing my wife iPhone 3gs it required a new back and battery replacement which was done in a very timely fashion and for a very good price.
