I was very impressed with both the speed and quality of service I received. When I emailed a query regarding the dispatch of my iPAQ, the response was almost immediate, and was followed up with further tracking information as soon as Nathan returned to the office. Having had to send my iPAQ to Texas for its last repair, this was much quicker and more convenient.

The power circuit board failed on my iPAQ. HP couldn't help, but it was so easy to find out that it could be repaired and at such a reasonable cost. I sent the iPAQ and within a few days I was updated on the status and a day later it arrived in the post. I would recommend this service to anyone. It's prompt and professional. Great site.

I have purchased spares for my iPAQ from iPAQ Repairs and the service has been excellent, also I have sent my iPAQ back for repairs which has been carried out speedily and returned in very good condition.

I found that the pre and post sales service that I received from iPAQ Repair and Parts was of a very high standard and would not hesitate in recommending their services.

My iPhone has arrived this morning 11am, 23rd April as advised. It worked perfectly well after repairs, even with the new updated software. This has to be one of the best Internet service sites I have used. My iPAQ SD slot got damaged on Tuesday, I found iPAQ Repairs through a WEB search, order placed Tuesday night, device despatched on Wednesday with a plea to help (I was flying to the USA Sunday and needed my iPAQ for Sat Nav), unit received back Saturday morning in perfect condition. I also messed up the ordering and was refunded without question and straight away. Well done guys! I'll be back.

Thank you so much for rescuing my 2210 after its unwanted shower. I thought I was going to have to buy a new one until I saw the recommendation at biker’s oracle and decided to give you a try. Returned as good as new within 4 days. Great service, you get my vote and I hope your business will flourish (although with other peoples ipaqs not mine)
