My Ipaq decided to stop charging the one time I really needed it. Quick search on Google found Nathan and the team. Really impressed at swift turn around and at a very reasonable price ... believe me I've checked out a number of other companies and they didn't come close, those that bothered to reply. Good communication and easy to use website, just what the doctor ordered.

Fantastic service, forgot to order some iPhone screws and when I contacted them the screws were sent with the order free of charge. Delivery was within 24 hours, highly recommended.

I loaned the IPAQ to a couple of kids at an athletics meet to do something. Result = busted stylus retainer. Rang the HP support number and then via a call centre in India I wound up ringing a number in Sydney which would repair the IPAQ but would not give me a cost. Simply "send it to us, we will fix it and return it". Woops, chased around the Internet, found IPAQ spares + repairs and a week later I had the replacement part and the excellent instructions on how to do it, fixed in 5 minutes. Great service!

Dear Nathan, It gives me great pleasure to jot down a few comments regarding the service I have received from your Company iPAQ Repair & Parts. When I had cracked the screen of my brand new HP4150 PDA I was more than a little upset. Having spent a lot of money on it, I was told that it was a lost cause and nearly gave up. In desperation I searched the web and came across your company. This was the best thing that could have happened. The website is very well laid out and informative. What impressed me the most apart from the 10-day turn around was the professional way in which you kept me informed with the progress of the work-I was given assurance all the way. Called in on spec today, with a broken iPhone 3GS. Can only praise and thank staff for the excellent support. Left after 10 minutes phone as good as new. SUPERB!!!!!

I have an ipaq that it was broken down, one year ago. Nobody could tell what the problem was and they were saying the repair costs too much, until I saw ipaq's repair page on the internet and especially the page that describes the charge problems of an ipaq. I was amazed the problem was described very clearly the cost £38. I send it in, I took it back one week ago and now works perfect.

Sent my Orange SPV 'M1000' for repair after it had crashed during an update. The service was excellent, the unit was returned to me in full working order in just over 1 week, and the cost was very reasonable. Would happily recommend to anyone.

Excellent fast repair service on my dead iPAQ hx2790. HP were not interested as the unit was out of warranty. Hats off to iPaq Repair and Parts for reinstalling the the ROM and returning the iPAQ in less than a week at less than a 10th of the repair quote from HP. Thanks again for a fast and speedy service.

After trying to order spare parts through the HP website and subsequently giving up, I found this website through Google. I have been very pleased with the service levels and even though there was a slight problem with an item being out of stock, Nathan made sure that I was informed throughout. If I ever need IPAQ spares or repairs, I know where to look!

I wanted to thank iTech Repairs as they have given us a fantastic service. They put a new case, front screen and home button on my girlfriend's iPod touch 3g and it looks and works as good as new. They even put a protective film on the front and back. Super service. They are a proper company as well and respond to emails and phone calls straight away. Item was well packed on its return. Thoroughly reccomended. Thank you.

My iPAQ 3970 would not charge - checked the web for repair centres - found this place - took 5 mins to order the repair. Posted Thursday @ 15:00 received Tues @ 07:30 - fully repaired - I have already recommended this service to friends and colleagues. After I found your company on-line, I emailed to ask about repairs from the US. Nathan returned my email promptly, explaining to me what I needed to do to ship my broken iPAQ to the UK. Nightmare Sunday evening when the glass screen to the DELL Axim x30 shattered; but relaxed because I knew about IPAQ REPAIRS phoned Tuesday morning and arranged for a new screen to be fitted at 2pm same day, 40 minutes later I was on my way home brilliant service and a job well done.

I wanted my PSP screen replaced as it had cracked after phoning up they were very helpful in telling me what to do and how to go about sending my PSP in, after sending it I had to wait a while only because the person fixing it was away(just my luck lol) but after getting an email telling me it was shipped I received it the very next day. works fine and very good service, many thanks guys and girls.
