I would just like to say that I was extremely pleased with the help I received from Nathan at ipaqrepair.co.uk. My husband went away on business and asked me to try to sort out a repair for his iPAQ. Not knowing much about the iPAQ, I was constantly e-mailing Nathan asking for his advice, which he always answered promptly. I was happy to send the iPAQ to him which was repaired and returned within a week. I found Nathan to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable and wouldn't hesitate to ask him to carry out any repairs in the future.

Great service. Everything stated on the website worked like clockwork. Email received saying what was wrong. Paid for repair. Email received to say when I should get my PDA back. It arrived spot on time. Once again thanks Nathan BRILLIANT SERVICE.

Great site, easy to follow all the way. Prompt replies and updates all the way on the repair to my hx4700. And i was also informed of the products completion and postage, which arrived the day after. I also asked for upgrades to be done whilst in their possession, this was done for no extra charge. WELL DONE. Thank you.

You have reprieved my PDA twice now (different problems) when I was convinced that all was lost. The charges are minimal when you consider the quality of the work and speed of return and when you consider the prices of the 'opposition'. I may be back soon for some hardware upgrades. Many thanks.

Don't know how you soldered the socket on my Acer N35, I took it apart to try to fix it but when I saw how small the pins are I was convinced it was beyond repair but you have proved me wrong. Thanks very much for the service and fast turn around.

Only had the Samsung Tab 3 for two days before we broke the charging port. I took a closer look at the damage and it was beyond my scope of repair. I looked around for price of a new main board and for an extra £20 It would have been cheaper to buy a new one until I found you guys. You did the repair in quick time and returned it promptly. I cracked the outer plastic case on my iPAQ, after a look on the Internet I found Nathan’s site selling the part and tools I needed. Ordered and after working out a way to pay, the parts were dispatched very quickly. I had no problems fitting the case, it went together perfectly. Good service, thank you Nathan.

I stumbled across this site when I was just looking to replace a lost stylus. Am I glad! I've replaced the stylus lock and Nathan fixed the power button on my iPAQ. It's like having it brand new. Excellent work, comms, and price. I'll come here again if I need more work done. Thanks!!

The level of service and communication is second to none. I have used the services twice now and have nothing but praise for iTech Repair. One item I ordered unfortunately got damaged in transit and when I reported this to iTech Repair, all they required was a photo of the item showing the damage, and then they dispatched a replacement which arrived the next day. Many thanks for your prompt service. The iPhone 3G was dropped 25 minutes after delivery smashing the screen. It now looks as good as new and works like a treat.

Nothing but praise for this firm. I dropped my iPAQ 2210 at 6.30 pm Wednesday - received it back with a new screen 8.40 am Friday - was fully functional right out of the box - didn't even have to restore any programmes. HP haven't even got round to quoting me yet... unfortunately I did run foul of having a relatively new model - you can only order a complete screen replacement not just the digitiser so it was quite expensive - so I'm going to be very careful with my toys in future.

Super fast service on my ipaq HX4700 I posted it Saturday and got it back Thursday the following week with super support via emails. Without doubt the best service I have received from a company to date.
