Nathan must be the nicest (please read that as "the best") guy I have ever had to deal with online. He gave me freebies when I should have been paying him extra, and then he trusted me to make a postal payment and dispatched my beloved 2210 before he even received the envelope! It is so positive to find a real and genuine person full stop these days, let alone online. Excellent, excellent man. Tell everyone you know with an iPAQ to bookmark this site - we will all need it at some point. Service was excellent so far, answering email at 10-11 at night was beyond the call duty, am looking forward to receiving the parts when in stock Email to say parts was delayed was very good and much better than other supplier I have dealt with that left you waiting for weeks.

You know that worry you have when you send off your precious PDA to a new outfit you have never heard of you that you found on the internet. You pays your money, carefully wrap your item and send it off thinking will I ever see this again. Well, no worries with these people. This guy is fantastic! great e-mail communication and high speed shipping.. I ordered a stylus lock and received it a couple of days later, in New York! the lock works great too! I have recommended ipaqrepair to all my friends who own an ipaq. I'd love to do business with ipaqrepair again!!

Been having problems with the speaker on my PDA and received quick feedback from Nathan on what the issue may be. Also ordered a GPS mount & car charger from the web site, which are excellent quality. Highly recommend the service I've received.

I needed a new backup battery for my iPAQ 1940 (Moral: don't leave it lying around for 8 months without the main battery in!). Nathan was extremely helpful in helping me change it myself - as much confidence as technical know-how. The spare part arrived quickly and had me running within half an hour. An excellent and professional service, and great value too - highly recommended.

The iPAQ team are to be commended. I inquired by email about a repair to my HP2200 PDA and they replied almost immediately with the sort of response that suggested, these guys know what they are doing. I sent off my PDA for repair the Friday before Christmas and got it back on the 11th Jan. Not only great speed but a great price, £38.00. There are very few places you can get great service and good value. Their are my No.1 for PDA repairs.

I contacted a few companies I had found on the internet to ask about repairing my iPod touch (new battery and jack socket). iTech Repair & Parts were the only company to send me a helpful personal reply. The website made it easy to order and pay for the service online and the instructions to send the iPod for repair were clear and straightforward. Turnaround was within 24 hours and it was returned via special delivery, working perfectly, the following morning. Communication was excellent throughout. I really could not have asked for anything more and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone needing a repair.

I replaced my faulty iPhone screen, Delivery was prompt, had a small problem (my fault), but received a fast reply that was spot on, now it's as good as new!! Although would not recommend using plastic tools for removing the back panel, they are not up to the methods recommended by others on the internet when you dismantle the iPhone.

I bought new chrome effect side grips for my 2210 (which look great & are much better than the original!) & new IR cover. The products arrived promptly & well packaged. I had difficulty fitting the IR cover, & e-mailed Nathan twice, who advised me about the tools I needed & what to do. Each time his reply was prompt & extremely helpful. I will definitely use this company again, & will tell all my iPAQ using friends & colleagues about it too!! Many thanks Lorraine
