A high quality service and a great ability to face common inconveniences. My order was quickly and efficiently processed. Unfortunately the shipping got lost (third-partys fault). Then iPAQ Repair & Parts resent my order promptly and I received it after a few days. A wise recommendation!

Nathan has twice provided a superb service with my iPAQ, replacing both the main board and the switch board on separate occasions. In each case the turnaround was exceptionally quick and restored 'my right arm' to me almost before I noticed it was missing, lol. After crashing the ROM on my IPAQ sent it to Nathan. Excellent communication and service. Saved over £100 on the repair. Will definitely be using again if I get any more problems.

Very rapid dispatch and good response to queries. I am very pleased with the quality of the aluminium case. I've only had the IPAQ a few days and it was immediately apparent that it would need a protective case. The HP one that came with it is useless because you can't use the IPAQ in the case, it is difficult to remove without hitting the voice recorder button and it's not very pretty. My new aluminium case looks great, is convenient to use and isn't bulky. I'm amazed that these things are not more widely available. Even HP don't offer anything this good. Thanks for finding/sourcing the product and for good value and great service.

I can't speak highly enough of IPAQ Repair. On two occasions the screen on my HP IPAQ hx2400 has failed and on both occasions IPAQ Repair's professional & user-friendly service has had me back in operation in a short space of time with the minimum of fuss. In these days of shareholder-focused corporations for whom customer service is just a slogan, it's a rare pleasure to get to write in praise of an organisation that is genuinely responsive to its customers.

After resigning myself to having to send my iPAQ to the USA, I came across these people! I'm glad I did, iPAQ was repaired within time promised, and really was as quick as the post office would allow! Very fast friendly service!

What a service - very fair price to check why my ipaq didn't work. Then one email two days after posting to them, unit fixed and back to me fully working - 7 days start to finish (and there was a post strike on!!) Very impressed, this is what service should be.

Thanks for the speedy repair. After waiting over a month for another PDA repair company to try and fix my screen on my IPAQ 4700. I had it returned and sent it to IPAQ repairs where a week later my PDA was fixed! Wish I'd seen this site first. A great job, highly recommended.

Service and advice is excellent and the delivery service second to none. I wanted another protective case for my 3970 to allow me to fix it permanently to my car for Sat Nav purposes; I was actually e-mailed back with an offer of a refurbished model at a cheaper price! I subsequently ordered that and when it arrived it looked absolutely perfect.

Just wanted to drop a short thank you note for rapid delivery of excellent genuine replacement battery. Made mistake of ordering cheap copy which iPaq did not recognise. Still in discussions with that particular supplier about validity of their assertions and where duty of care rests. Will not make that error of judgement again. Have saved you to favourites and intend to use again and advised my staff to engage when need arises.

Having decided to refurbish my old iPAQ after 5 years heavy usage I happened upon the iPAQ Repairs & Parts website. Well what a revelation this turned to be.
