The iPAQ team are to be commended. I inquired by email about a repair to my HP2200 PDA and they replied almost immediately with the sort of response that suggested, these guys know what they are doing. I sent off my PDA for repair the Friday before Christmas and got it back on the 11th Jan. Not only great speed but a great price, £38.00. There are very few places you can get great service and good value. Their are my No.1 for PDA repairs.

I contacted a few companies I had found on the internet to ask about repairing my iPod touch (new battery and jack socket). iTech Repair & Parts were the only company to send me a helpful personal reply. The website made it easy to order and pay for the service online and the instructions to send the iPod for repair were clear and straightforward. Turnaround was within 24 hours and it was returned via special delivery, working perfectly, the following morning. Communication was excellent throughout. I really could not have asked for anything more and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone needing a repair.

I replaced my faulty iPhone screen, Delivery was prompt, had a small problem (my fault), but received a fast reply that was spot on, now it's as good as new!! Although would not recommend using plastic tools for removing the back panel, they are not up to the methods recommended by others on the internet when you dismantle the iPhone.

I bought new chrome effect side grips for my 2210 (which look great & are much better than the original!) & new IR cover. The products arrived promptly & well packaged. I had difficulty fitting the IR cover, & e-mailed Nathan twice, who advised me about the tools I needed & what to do. Each time his reply was prompt & extremely helpful. iPAQ was sent for repair for cracked screen had iPAQ back excellent repair. Emails and correspondence answered in a speedy response haven’t seen anything like this before. A Credit to the industry...

I was delighted with my IPAQ repair, you did it quickly, efficiently and at a fraction of the cost of the original quote I got. Thanks for doing such a good job and getting my "lifeline" back to me so fast. PS. I also bought a few spares, stilos etc. and they arrived very quickly too.

I would just like to say that I was extremely pleased with the help I received from Nathan at ipaqrepair.co.uk. My husband went away on business and asked me to try to sort out a repair for his iPAQ. Not knowing much about the iPAQ, I was constantly e-mailing Nathan asking for his advice, which he always answered promptly. I was happy to send the iPAQ to him which was repaired and returned within a week. I found Nathan to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable and wouldn't hesitate to ask him to carry out any repairs in the future.

Great service. Everything stated on the website worked like clockwork. Email received saying what was wrong. Paid for repair. Email received to say when I should get my PDA back. It arrived spot on time. Once again thanks Nathan BRILLIANT SERVICE.

Great site, easy to follow all the way. Prompt replies and updates all the way on the repair to my hx4700. And i was also informed of the products completion and postage, which arrived the day after. I also asked for upgrades to be done whilst in their possession, this was done for no extra charge. WELL DONE. Thank you.

You have reprieved my PDA twice now (different problems) when I was convinced that all was lost. The charges are minimal when you consider the quality of the work and speed of return and when you consider the prices of the 'opposition'. I may be back soon for some hardware upgrades. Many thanks.

Don't know how you soldered the socket on my Acer N35, I took it apart to try to fix it but when I saw how small the pins are I was convinced it was beyond repair but you have proved me wrong. Thanks very much for the service and fast turn around.
