Despite concerns at posting my son's beloved Nexus 7 to an address a few hundred miles away, I was soon reassured. I called iTech Repair and they confirmed receipt - really efficient service too. No Press 1 for this, 2 for that etc..... Two days later the Nexus 7 was returned, packed better than when I sent it, and - thank Gawd - working like new! An excellent and cost-effective service, so I'll be posting off an old iTouch in the next week for some more iTech treatment. Highly recommended, and a lot cheaper than what I was quoted by my local "experts" in Surrey.

Bought an iPAQ RX3715, first time I used it I lent on it, got it over to Nathan for a repair, it was back in a week. What a lifesaver, superb!!! What more can I say shall be recommending him to everyone.

My Mitac Mio A701 had main board with dead GPS and sound (unfortunately, water was damaged it). It was impossible to find any spare parts in Canada. I sent my Medion 95000 sat-nav by last post on Wednesday 9th September 2009 and it was delivered back to me by special delivery on Saturday 12 September 2009. Very efficient, professional, no fuss service. It cannot be bettered. The friendly approachable team deserve every success.

HP wanted to charge me virtually the same price as a new unit to repair my charger interface board. I searched around and found this site. What a find indeed. Price was excellent and the service was impeccable! My unit was dispatched, repaired and returned within one week and now works as good as new. A fantastic service. I was at first apprehensive about sending my IPAQ away to an unknown address. No problem though. At all times you know you are dealing with a real person as opposed to a faceless company. Nathan is friendly, keeps you informed about what is going on, will not rip you off with unnecessary parts and performs a fast, high quality service. Trust him and use him!

Had a 3870 which just wouldn't charge. Nathan carried out a free diagnostic check and then repaired it for a very reasonable price. Excellent communications throughout. I am very impressed and would recommend this service to anybody.

IPAQ repair is a rare and genuinely excellent seller, the service is fast and Nathan clearly personally cares about his customers and it shows, with plenty of communication so you know what’s going on. This is my second purchase and the third is imminent. Forget the big boys service levels don’t get better than this.
