Grades Of Refurbished Units
Each refurbished unit we sell is classified into one of 4 grades - Refurbished As New, Grade A, Grade B or Grade C.
The unit will be as new and will have no marks, scratches or any other cosmetic defects on the front screen and rear casing, the units battery will be brand new. All accessories listed in the product description will be included with the unit e.g. charger, manual, software CD, data cable, headphones. Refurbished As New also includes a full 12 month warranty excluding accidental / user damage.Refurbished As New
The units front and rear casing, battery cover and screen will be in very good condition, with no cracks or deep scratches. Units may have very minor scratching associated with light usage. All accessories listed in the websites product description will be included. Batteries are new. The unit is completely refurbished and cleaned. The unit will be hard / factory reset. Grade A also includes a full 12 month warranty excluding accidental / user damage.Grade A
The units front and rear casing, battery cover and screen will be in good condition with no cracks . The unit may have some minor cosmetic scratching, associated with normal / everyday use. All accessories listed in the websites product description will be included. Batteries may not be new. The unit is completely cleaned. The unit will be hard / factory reset. Grade B also includes a full 12 month warranty excluding accidental / user damage.Grade B
The front and rear casing battery cover and screen will be in poor condition, the unit may have some minor cracking however not affecting use. Unit may be scratched associated with heavy usage. All accessories listed in the websites product description will be included. Batteries will not be new. The unit may have some visible dirt and dust. The unit will be hard / factory reset. Grade C also includes a 3 month warranty excluding accidental / user damage.Grade C
