How refreshing to find a web-based IT Support company who recognise the value of customer support and communication. AND still manage to offer excellent value for money. :-) After inadvertantly interfacing my PSP screen with the floor (!), I sent it off for repair. The repair was quickly turned round, but the new screen had a really odd fault that, while not catastrophic, was a bit distracting. After a couple of e-conversations with Nathan and Jamie (who were both very helpful), the unit was sent back, repaired and back with me good as new within the week. No qualms, no questions, no extra cost. So thanks once again, from a VERY satisfied customer, and one who will have no hesitation in recommending your services to my friends. | | -
