How It Works Our Repair Process

Our Mail-In repair service covers the entire UK, EU and the rest of the World. Just create an account, place an online order for your repair and send us your device. We will then repair and return ship your device to you using one of our delivery providers. Your device will be fully insured throughout the return shipment. Mail-In Repair Service How It Works
Choose Your Repair
Find the make and model and the repair you need from the menu. Then add the repairs to your shopping cart and head to the check out. If you cannot find the specific repair you require, please call us on 0116 2866447.
Complete Secure Payment Online
Once you have registered an account on the website you can then make payment for the repair you have chosen. We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal as well as bitcoin. Once payment is completed you will then be issued with an invoice including an order number. Please include your order number with your device.
Send Device For Repair
Remove your SIM card and package the device securely in a jiffy bag or suitable box with bubble wrap for protection. Then send your device by Royal Mail Special Delivery to us. Please see our Shipping Instructions.
We Repair And Test Your Device
When we receive your device, one of our experienced technicians will perform the ordered repair, then test your device thoroughly before we return ship back to you.
We Return Your Repaired Device
Once the repair is complete we carefully package your device and send it back to you via the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, your device is fully insured. We aim to complete repairs in 2-4 working days or sooner. Fast Track repairs will be completed and return shipped within 24 hrs of arriving with us.

Walk-In Repair Service How It Works
Visit Our Repair Centre
You are welcome to personally come in and drop off your tablet or mobile phone for repairs we offer a fast, convenient and affordable walk in service. We are open Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm for drop off's.
We Repair And Test Your Device
Once we have confirmed the repair cost and you have given us the go ahead to undertake the repair, one of our experienced technicians will perform the required repair, then test your device thoroughly.
You Collect Your Repaired Device
Once the repair is complete, we will contact you to confirm your device is ready. With our Walk-In service you pay upon collection. We aim to complete Walk-In repairs in 2-4 working days or sooner. If you have opted for a Fast Track repair this will be completed within 24hrs of being dropped off with us.
