If the volume control rocker switch on your HP iPAQ no longer works, this is the correct repair, involving replacement of one or both of the push to make micro switches located on the iPAQ main board. Under normal operating conditions these allow for up/down volume adjustment via the rocker control button on the side of the iPAQ.
