How refreshing to find a web-based IT Support company who recognise the value of customer support and communication. AND still manage to offer excellent value for money. :-) After inadvertantly interfacing my PSP screen with the floor (!), I sent it off for repair. The repair was quickly turned round, but the new screen had a really odd fault that, while not catastrophic, was a bit distracting. After a couple of e-conversations with Nathan and Jamie (who were both very helpful), the unit was sent back, repaired and back with me good as new within the week.
