Appart from purchasing accessories from them etc. The service and repair facility is second to none.The fist time I attempted to replace a part myself,I made a complete hash of it, sent it to ipaq repairs and it was sorted, lesson learnt!! Fine order and shipping tracking, for change of Acer N35 connector. Repaired unit is now working perfectly, it was previously quite unusable. I have liked the info given by email at all the process steps, and the service is pretty fast, even for a foreign customer (France). | | -

Excellent fast repair service on my dead iPAQ hx2790. HP were not interested as the unit was out of warranty. Hats off to iPaq Repair and Parts for reinstalling the the ROM and returning the iPAQ in less than a week at less than a 10th of the repair quote from HP. I've just received the replacement charger and synch lead for my ipaq rx1950. Thank you. I would like to say how much I appreciate the fact that you support superseded models, the clarity of your web site, and the promptness with which I've been able to replace the lost components of my PDA system. Without your excellent service I might have been faced with needless and expensive replacement of the ENTIRE kit. Now I'm back up and running with the original device, at manageable cost. It's surprising how few companies seem to support IT products that are as little as two years old. How refreshing to find a web-based IT Support company who recognise the value of customer support and communication. AND still manage to offer excellent value for money. :-) After inadvertantly interfacing my PSP screen with the floor (!), I sent it off for repair. The repair was quickly turned round, but the new screen had a really odd fault that, while not catastrophic, was a bit distracting. After a couple of e-conversations with Nathan and Jamie (who were both very helpful), the unit was sent back, repaired and back with me good as new within the week.
