I am very pleased to join the other people who have clearly received excellent service as indeed I have. Whilst speed of turnaround is usually helpful I realised that I was on holiday when the iPAQ was likely to be returned so emailed and asked if it could be delayed for a week. There was no problem and it arrived in the middle of the week I was back. It is no longer a paperweight and is functioning as it used to. I'm really pleased and recommend the service to anyone. Thanks for the prompt repair and return of my Mio Mitac 168. I was expecting to buy a new PDA when my own attempt at repairing the connector failed, then I saw your replacement main board service. Very reasonabled priced at a fraction of the cost of a new unit, plus I did not need to replace all the accessories I've accumulated because I've got my old unit back. Thanks again. | | -

Appart from purchasing accessories from them etc. The service and repair facility is second to none.The fist time I attempted to replace a part myself,I made a complete hash of it, sent it to ipaq repairs and it was sorted, lesson learnt!! I recently sent my ipaq for an Upgrade,just received it back.Works great!! Thanks. | | -

Fine order and shipping tracking, for change of Acer N35 connector. Repaired unit is now working perfectly, it was previously quite unusable. I have liked the info given by email at all the process steps, and the service is pretty fast, even for a foreign customer (France). | | -

Excellent fast repair service on my dead iPAQ hx2790. HP were not interested as the unit was out of warranty. Hats off to iPaq Repair and Parts for reinstalling the the ROM and returning the iPAQ in less than a week at less than a 10th of the repair quote from HP.
