Excellent fast repair service on my dead iPAQ hx2790. HP were not interested as the unit was out of warranty. Hats off to iPaq Repair and Parts for reinstalling the the ROM and returning the iPAQ in less than a week at less than a 10th of the repair quote from HP. I've just received the replacement charger and synch lead for my ipaq rx1950. Thank you. I would like to say how much I appreciate the fact that you support superseded models, the clarity of your web site, and the promptness with which I've been able to replace the lost components of my PDA system. Without your excellent service I might have been faced with needless and expensive replacement of the ENTIRE kit. Now I'm back up and running with the original device, at manageable cost. It's surprising how few companies seem to support IT products that are as little as two years old. How refreshing to find a web-based IT Support company who recognise the value of customer support and communication. AND still manage to offer excellent value for money. :-) After inadvertantly interfacing my PSP screen with the floor (!), I sent it off for repair. The repair was quickly turned round, but the new screen had a really odd fault that, while not catastrophic, was a bit distracting. After a couple of e-conversations with Nathan and Jamie (who were both very helpful), the unit was sent back, repaired and back with me good as new within the week. No qualms, no questions, no extra cost. So thanks once again, from a VERY satisfied customer, and one who will have no hesitation in recommending your services to my friends. | | -

Thank you for the super speedy repair. I heavily rely on my iPAQ for its diary and sat nav functions. It is also a music player for when I listen to music on the go and it connects to my car stereo. My iPAQ had been giving me problems for the past year, I had been pulling my hair out and was very upset every time the iPAQ lost the information. HP had given me an outrageous quote which meant that I could buy a new Ipaq for the same price. I stumbled across this website and decided to email them. My emails were answered promptly and the problem was diagnosed. I was quoted a very cheap price. The problem is fixed and I no longer pull my hair out. Thank you for rescuing my iPAQ and for promptly sending me the accessories. This took place all within a week. You have saved my iPAQ and saved me money. You have made me a very happy.
