I just want to say thanks very much for the help I got from you guys. I had a long standing problem with my iPAQ which was several years old. I found you you by a google search and sent an email setting out the issue. Nathan replied very promptly, in a friendly and helpful fashion and suggested a simple course of action (replace the battery door). This worked - that was great - and it was a lot cheaper than HP who wanted me to pay £170 plus Vat to get it collected and looked at. So, all in all it was terrific service, I'll keep you in mind and recommend you to others. Say thanks to Nathan. | | -

Sent my iPhone (unlocked) to be upgraded to the latest firmware as I was experiencing constant crashes. The upgrade was done quickly and solved all my problems. The after service help was great. I had a few problems with the iphone excepting my Spanish sim card but a few mails and the problem solved. Great to know that you can get a prompt and human/personal response. Recieved iPhone back on Friday & it works perfectly, thanks very much for all your help. To all unlocked iPhone users of which I am sure there are many. They probably do not realise that not only have they NO WARRANTY but Apple will not even repair the iPhone for a fee! So that was the reason I put my trust in iPhone Repair, they have managed to secure genuine Apple spares and operate a first class proffesional repair service, keeping the customer upto date via email.
