I was a little worried about sending such an expensive item (itouch) in the post to be repaired. That fact that i had to pay upfront was a worry. But I did post it according to the companies recommendations, and contacted iPAQ about a day later. The communication back to me regarding the repair was fantastic, and the last email on Friday evening told me that the itouch would probably be posted on Monday. So what a great suprise on Saturday morning when we recieved the itouch back. Thank You | | -

Dropped my iphone and damaged the chrome bezel, gutted. Apple told me that they could not repair this for me? Sent off to iPAQ and received back fully repaired within 5 days. Excellent service, quality repair, have a lot of friends who own iphone’s and I will certainly recommend iPAQ to them if they have the need. | | -

I can not recommend iPAQ Repair enough - superb screen replacement for my iPod Touch and at a third of the price of an Apple reconditioned unit. These guys really care about customer satisfaction - my Touch became slightly warped when I dropped it meaning that part of the chassis had to be replaced as well as the screen. iPAQ Repair did this for no additional cost to me, and the iPod Touch is now as good as new.
