My Mitac Mio A701 had mainboard with dead GPS and sound (unfortunately, water was damaged it). It was impossible to find any spare parts in Canada. iPAQ Repair & Parts has repaired two motherboards that I damaged by plugging them into 12 v. rather than the required 5 v. (It took me two times to figure out what I was doing wrong.) I am very pleased to join the other people who have clearly received excellent service as indeed I have. Whilst speed of turnaround is usually helpful I realised that I was on holiday when the iPAQ was likely to be returned so emailed and asked if it could be delayed for a week. There was no problem and it arrived in the middle of the week I was back. It is no longer a paperweight and is functioning as it used to. I'm really pleased and recommend the service to anyone.
