The service I have received from iPAQ Repair has been quite exceptional - from ordering and recieving my new iPAQ battery to them sorting out the fitting of said item once I found that the screws had been worn down and I could no longer open the back. Highly reccommended.

Your staff are just wonderfull especially Nathan, my iphone had a couple of problems, and I contacted you for advice on which parts I needed, within 24 hours you had responded, not only telling me which part I needed, but a link to it too. Had a problem with my iphone LCD screen bleeding. Apple quoted DOUBLE the price of iPAQ. Sent it off to iPAQ on the Tuesday morning and it was back to me in the turn around time quoted (Friday morning) only 3 days, and even better packed than when I sent it. I will have no hesitation in dealing with these guys again. Every question I had was answered promptly and in detail, nothing was to much trouble. Many thanks for the swift and courteous service when replacing the screen of my iPAQ hw6915. Turn round was exactly a week, including postage both ways and the diagnostic stage, regular email updates on progress were received and it didn't even need a hard reset (bonus!) so no information loss. I was a little worried about sending such an expensive item (itouch) in the post to be repaired. That fact that i had to pay upfront was a worry. But I did post it according to the companies recommendations, and contacted iPAQ about a day later. The communication back to me regarding the repair was fantastic, and the last email on Friday evening told me that the itouch would probably be posted on Monday. So what a great suprise on Saturday morning when we recieved the itouch back. Thank You | | -

Dropped my iphone and damaged the chrome bezel, gutted. Apple told me that they could not repair this for me? Sent off to iPAQ and received back fully repaired within 5 days. I can not recommend iPAQ Repair enough - superb screen replacement for my iPod Touch and at a third of the price of an Apple reconditioned unit. These guys really care about customer satisfaction - my Touch became slightly warped when I dropped it meaning that part of the chassis had to be replaced as well as the screen. iPAQ Repair did this for no additional cost to me, and the iPod Touch is now as good as new.
