An excellent service right from the start. I was expecting my XDA to be wiped of any remaining user info but was pleased to find it returned with a new touch screen as requested, but without the unit having been reset. Quick turn round too with it arriving exactly one week after I'd sent it, with regular emails updating me on the order's progress. My XDA was destined for the bin after the touch screen failed, but is now back in use so many thanks, and well done. Will be recommending you to others. | | -

How sad I was, when my IPAQ got damaged. First I ordered a spare part and as I was not successfull with my own repair, I have sent it from Germany to Ipaqrepair.co.uk! Very excellent, what has happened then: Excellent communication and feedback to my emails at any time, very fast service and a very professional repair!! My device is like a new one now. I can recommend Ipaqrepair.co.uk without any exception and next time I will never try to repair the IPAQ by myself again, but send it directly to Ipaqrepair.co.uk!! The stylus arrived, in perfect shape and packaging, at my door in Versailles, around Fri 09 Jul 2010 12:00:00 +0200 (i.e. 6d 13h1 5min 30s after order placed). I at once tried it and it does fit in my HP iPAQ h2215 as swift, tight yet easy and fast to insert or remove, as the original, so it is undoubtedly a full new original HP part as advertised. I had a charging fault with my Acer n35 PDA. After sending it off for repair, it was returned to me the morning of the 6th day fully functional. I find this quite exceptional service. Hi. Just a quick thank you for your replacement of my ipaq screen - well done, works fine, even seems to use memory more efficiently. Wonder if this is because taking it apart involves a hard reset when the battery is disconnected. Anyway , it works perfectly.
