"To be perfectly honest I cannot fault the service as we had originally been quoted a huge amount to send the unit off to Compaq themselves. Although this would cover virtually any problem we were pretty confident that it was only a battery problem (which you yourselves confirmed) but there was no flexibility to send off for a quotation."

My e-mailed queries also received speedy and friendly response and I felt I was dealing with a person rather than with a call centre.
