I needed parts to repair my iPhone and these guys delivered faster than i could ever imagine - even here to tiny Malta in less than 5 days. Their support and assistance is pristine. Needed another part, was mailed on Thursday received on Saturday and my iPhone is as good as gold again. Thank you guys. I would just like to say a big thanks to all at iTech for repairing my wife iPhone 3gs it required a new back and battery replacement which was done in a very timely fashion and for a very good price. I acquired an iPAQ from my son but needed a power suply so found the right picture (good idea) to locate my model and power pack. Arrived very quickly but I had not realised that it needed another part (a dongle) Nathan promptly answered with this info and again I recieved (free) a dongle. Brilliant customer service. Just wanted to drop a short thank you note for rapid delivery of excellent genuine replacement battery. Made mistake of ordering cheap copy which iPaq did not recognise. Still in discussions with that particular supplier about validity of their assertions and where duty of care rests. Will not make that error of judgement again. Have saved you to favourites and intend to use again and advised my staff to engage when need arises. | | -

I wanted my PSP screen replaced as it had cracked after phoning up they were very helpful in telling me what to do and how to go about sending my PSP in, after sending it I had to wait a while only because the person fixing it was away(just my luck lol) but after getting an email telling me it was shipped I received it the very next day. works fine and very good service, many thanks guys and girls. After accidentally smashing the screen of my iPod Touch 4th Gen, I thought I would have to buy a whole new unit. However, finding iTech Repairs was a fantastic solution. The website was easy to use, very straight forward and clear. I posted my iPod to them on Monday and it was back in my hand by Saturday (just 5 days!) repaired and as new. Your customer service rep, Nathan Dickman, assisted me with questions on your company because I wasn't quite comfortable with ordering from overseas. I was also really concerned that I could order a part that didn't match up to my iPAQ. I can't say enough about the service Nathan provided. He was upfront, thorough, and went the extra step to provide me with the link I needed to feel comfortable. It isn't often you find this type of customer service anywhere. I have to comment on a great Customer Service experience. Recently I had to contact iPAQ Repair regarding a car charger purchased from them that broke after a single use. I was asked to submit photo's of the broken item which I found a great time saving idea rather than the usual send it back & we'll inspect routine. After doing so, I was sent a replacement immediately as the break probably occured during manufacture. As I say, a great response with a refreshingly innovative approach. Well done iPAQ Repair, thanks.

After I found your company on-line, I emailed to ask about repairs from the US. Nathan returned my email promptly, explaining to me what I needed to do to ship my broken iPAQ to the UK. He sent me an email when it arrived and continued to keep me updated throughout the process. I received my repaired iPAQ much more quickly than I expected.
