Absolutely fantastic service....my IPAQ turned into a troublesome little beast and Nathan tried and tried to sort it but couldn't .... So what does he do...? He exchanges it for another !!!! You have reprieved my PDA twice now (different problems) when I was convinced that all was lost. The charges are minimal when you consider the quality of the work and speed of return and when you consider the prices of the 'opposition'. I may be back soon for some hardware upgrades. Cracked my iPAQ 1940 screen when removing it from a RAM Mount. HP wanted funny money just to look at it. Nathan's diagnosis was quick and correct, cracked touch sensitive screen. Replaced it for far less than half of what HP wanted me to pay just for them to look at it. A very valuable service to all iPAQ users. Thanks Nathan, I do hope I never have to use you again, but it is very reassuring to know that you are there if I do have a problem. Fast, efficient, and friendly service. Thanks Nathan. | | -

What can I say? no more than a first class excellent service. Having purchased the IPAQ 2nd hand, I found out upon delivery there was a fault when running on battery power, only to be told by the seller "it happened in transit" Nathan has now confirmed that the unit was faulty before I purchased it! Having now let Nathan repair the unit at a remarkable price, I intended to pursue the seller further. All I can say is I am 100% happy with IPAQ repair, will use the service again, and recommend anyone to use them. Thank you Nathan!!!!!! If your IPAQ id faulty, do not give it up as a bad job, let Nathan look at it. | | -

I've had my iPAQ 3970 since this model first came onto the market under Compaq and after years of zero faults, my SD card slot stopped working. As the PDA is my lifeblood, it was imperative that I got a quick turnaround. Nathan was first class in this regard and apart from a minor initial hiccup, everything was handled above and beyond my expectations, which were already high. If you are considering using iPAQ Repair & Parts, then hesitate no longer. They are excellent and your unit will be in safe and skilled hands and back in yours before you know it! As we say in here in Scotland, Nathan: "Lang may yer lummie reek!" Translation: "Long may your chimney smoke!" In other words, live long & prosper... | | -

The repair was competitively priced & could not have been undertaken any faster. My iPAQ is as sweet as nut. Although the service was a bit slow due to staff holidays, the diagnostic was correct and Nathan even gave me discount because I needed the unit back before a family funeral. He was generous, sympathetic and the unit came back repaired and on time. A credit to Nathan for his honesty and his helpfulness. Will use again and recommend. I had just bought a bluetooth Tom Tom Navigator for my 2210 (very good piece of kit) when I dropped my iPAQ and the speaker stopped working, The quote from HP meant I was going to have to scrap the 2210 as it was not cost effective, but after a few e-mails with Nathan I sent my iPAQ in to be repaired and now I have a full functioning PDA with sound and the Tom Tom Navigator is working great.
