The service is BEST I live in Greece I had a problem with the backup battery, the service of HP Greece charges 170 Euro + VAT. Now from IPAQ Repair & parts I pay only 17 Euro. Thanks a lot I.R.P.!!!!! | | -

I really want to people to know that you are doing a good job. I broke the screen of my iPAQ rx 3715 few month ago I sent it to you and it returns to me perfect!! This time it had a ROM failure, I have sent it to you again and now everything is in order very fastly even during Christmas holidays! I appreciate your sense of duty and wish you a happy new year! The iPAQ team are to be commended. I enquired by email about a repair to my HP2200 PDA and they replied almost immediately with the sort of response that suggested, these guys know what they are doing. I sent off my PDA for repair the Friday before Christmas and got it back on the 11th Jan. Not only great speed but a great price, £38.00. There are very few places you can get great service and good value. Their are my No.1 for PDA repairs. | | -

I just wanted to say "Thank you". I had contacted HP after my iPAQ battery would no longer hold it's charge. I was quoted £175.00 plus VAT (so £200) to replace the battery but it didn't seem worth it as I only paid £175 for it brand new. Although I must say all credit to them they did give me your web site, I managed to repair it (following your excellent instructions) for just under £30. Thank you for giving me my iPAQ back! | | -

I have been having loads of problems with my iPAQ, almost since the time I bought it. Being as I got it in New York, going back for repairs was costly!!! I came across this website by chance and am I glad that I did. I sent my iPAQ away for service, it was diagnosed and repaired. It was safely returned a few days later. WHAT SERVICE. I will most certainly be keeping this site on my favourites, for purchases and repairs and would recommend it to anyone needs help with their machines. Many thanks Nathan. | | -

Excellent service and repair. Feedback and confirmation given at all stages of repair in order that the iPAQ could be followed from sending to return. The repair was completed and item returned within the advertised 6 day window. I would recommend the service to all and shall utilise it again should I require any work carrying out. | | -

Nathan has twice provided a superb service with my iPAQ, replacing both the main board and the switch board on separate occasions. In each case the turnaround was exceptionally quick and restored 'my right arm' to me almost before I noticed it was missing, lol. Paul....VERY many thanks for the ultra rapid turnaround of both my PDA's which both died on the same day!!! Ultra quick reply to emails, even quicker repair and return shipping when payment made. I got my initially broken HP 1940 in brilliant working condition back. GREAT! The repair is fast and the "service" is significantly better than any "help" I got from the manufacturer. Besides "throw it away!" there was not even an option to get my iPAQ repaired ("buy a replacement unit"). Therefore this repair was even extremely cheap! Highly recommended!
