Recieved iPhone back on Friday & it works perfectly, thanks very much for all your help. To all unlocked iPhone users of which I am sure there are many. They probably do not realise that not only have they NO WARRANTY but Apple will not even repair the iPhone for a fee! So that was the reason I put my trust in iPhone Repair, they have managed to secure genuine Apple spares and operate a first class proffesional repair service, keeping the customer upto date via email. Thanks again and get ready for a rush a soon as the iPhone users realise they do not have to throw their Broken £300 + iPhone in the bin. | | -

What a service - very fair price to check why my ipaq didn't work. Then one email two days after posting to them, unit fixed and back to me fully working - 7 days start to finish (and there was a post strike on!!) Very impressed, this is what service should be. | | -

My Ipaq decided to stop charging the one time I really needed it. Quick search on Google found Nathan and the team. Really impressed at swift turn around and at a very reasonable price ... believe me I've checked out a number of other companies and they didn't come close, those that bothered to reply. Recently I have had a problem with my iPAQ and after trawling through a whole host of forums trying to get help I thought I'd try here. I am so impressed with the commitment that I got from Nathan to try and help I was amazed. Being a service technician myself I had a basic idea of what to do but I was working blind, my iPaq isn't charging up. It's very rare to find someone willing to give their time these days to help strangers and Nathan was there for me, especially as I hadn't bought anything of great value from them. If I ever have to recommend any company for customer support or even caring about your problem it would have to be iPAQ Repair and Parts. Thank you Nathan for putting up with me, it's still not working but you made it less painful for me to accept it's broken. | | -
