Free Portable Device Diagnostic Service
At our repair centre we offer a totally free fault finding and diagnostic service for the vast range
of portable devices, We pride ourselves on bringing you the customer a highly skilled, efficient and cost conscious
diagnostic and repair service by utilizing the expertise we have gained from the many repairs that we deal with
each day from all around the world.
How Does This Service Work?
If you are unsure of the problem with your hand held unit and it needs repair, the main question to be answered is
what needs to be done and how much will the repair cost? To find this out all you need to do is ship the unit into
our repair centre for a free diagnosis. One of our trained technicians will undertake a comprehensive diagnostic and fault finding check
up on the unit, once completed you will then be notified of any faults found and the cost for us to repair your
device. If you choose to have a repair undertaken you will be given instructions on how to make payment, your unit
will be repaired then return shipped to you via a fully insured method. However if you choose to have no work
carried out on your device after receiving the diagnostic report the only charge is for return
shipping you can choose from the following options:
- 9.06 GBP for Royal Mail Special Delivery.
- 3.90 GBP for First Class Recorded Delivery.
